When will I get my order?
All orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. (If your order includes shipping from different warehouses, you will receive a notification with tracking for each shipment)
Our products ship from the US and overseas and shipping times can take between 2-10 business days. Please follow where your package is with the tracking notification number you will receive.
Delays can occur as a result of supply chain issues, such as potential delays due to a high volume of orders, or shipping delay problems with the postal service or with logistics carriers that are outside of our control. Every effort is made to get you your products as soon as possible.

How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
