Refund policy

Unless otherwise stated, we will accept returns of unworn clothing items with original tags and clear garment packaging with SKU label. We do not accept exchanges of any kind.

All swimwear, bodysuits, intimates, jewelry, and beauty products are final sale and non-refundable.

Return requests must be initiated within 7 days of receiving all items in the order and shipped back to us within 7 days of submission to qualify for a full refund. (If it is a split package order, it will start from the time of the final package delivery date.)

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Orders returned without meeting the above criteria are subject to a 20% restocking fee or we may decline the entire return.

Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless it was a shipping error or a damaged item.

To start a return, you can contact us at returns@beachykeenvibes.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Print On Demand: Print on demand means that these products are unique and produced only once ordered. This also means that returns and exchanges are not supported if you ordered the wrong size, color, or simply changed your mind.

However, in case of a damaged or a manufacturing error of a Print On Demand product only, we offer a free reprint or a refund if you contact us within 30 days of product delivery. 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). All swimwear, bodysuits, intimates, jewelry, and beauty products are final sale and non-refundable. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Exchanges
We do not accept exchanges of any kind. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have according to the guidelines stated above, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. Please allow 5-7 days from the day we receive the returned package to process. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
