Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

(If your order includes shipping from different warehouses, you will receive a notification with tracking for each shipment)

Our products ship from the US and overseas and shipping times can take between 2-10 business days. Please follow where your package is with the tracking notification number you will receive.

Delays can occur as a result of supply chain issues, such as potential delays due to a high volume of orders, or shipping delay problems with the postal service or with logistics carriers that are outside of our control. Every effort is made to get you your products as soon as possible.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

 We ship to customers within the United States.

Unless otherwise noted we offer FREE SHIPPING, and this will appear during the checkout process. Carriers include USPS/UPS/FedEx.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 10 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@beachykeenvibes.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Cancellation Policy

An order cannot be canceled if it's already in processing status or shipped. An order can usually be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, but it is not guaranteed. Please note the warehouse works as quickly as possible to get you your item, so the grace period is brief. Please contact us as early as possible to see if a cancellation is available at support@beachykeenvibes.com

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

Unless otherwise stated, we will accept returns of unworn clothing items with original tags and clear garment packaging with SKU label. We do not accept exchanges of any kind.

All swimwear, bodysuits, intimates, jewelry, and beauty products are final sale and non-refundable.

Return requests must be initiated within 7 days of receiving all items in the order and shipped back to us within 7 days of submission to qualify for a full refund. (If it is a split package order, it will start from the time of the final package delivery date.)

Print On Demand: Print on demand means that these products are unique and produced only once ordered. This also means that returns and exchanges are not supported if you ordered the wrong size, color, or simply changed your mind.

However, in case of a damaged or a manufacturing error of a Print On Demand product only, we offer a free reprint or a refund if you contact us within 30 days of product delivery.
